HDPE Geomembranes

Geomembranes of Polyethylene are specifically designed for exposed conditions. They are manufactured under strict quality standards and offer excellent resistance to varieties of Chemicals and U.V. They are ideal for the containment of liquids and solids. In addition, it offers rigorous controls of the joints of welding by diffetent methods, in order to avoid any type of filtration. They can be HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) or LLDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) depending on the density of the material.

PVC Geomembrane

Polyvinyl chloride, were one of the first geosynthetic materials for waterproofing purpose, have had good performance in the past, but nowadays, the benefits and performanced is being surpassed by HDPE Geomembrane.

The advantage of PVC is that it is possible to install it directly by the user using a PVC Geomembrane flux. The result may vary depending on the work done by the person installing it.

Geonet

Three-dimensional reticles, manufactured on the basis of High Density Polyethylene, formed by parallel layers with polymeric ribs superimposed on varied angles that form channels, to allow the planar flow of liquids and gases.

It is common to find them with geotextiles, on one or both sides of the material. This presentation is known as Geocomposite.
It is important not to confuse them with the geogrids (geoweb), which fulfill functions very different from those of the Georedes (Geonet).

The main function of Geotextile is the conduction of liquid, protecting fine particles from the soil. Tiltex

Tiltex is a flexible fabric impregnated with concrete that hardens when hydrated, forming a thin layer of impermeable concrete, fireproof and very durable.
The concrete blanket allows us to concrete without the need to use mixing or installation machinery. Just un-roll on the ground and hydrate it with water. The concrete blanket is composed of a three-dimensional fiber matrix containing a dry concrete mixture of specific formulation. One of the faces is covered by a layer of Geomembrane or PVC that guarantees impermeability.
