Development of communities

To achieve this goal, we focus on the development of communities where we provide our services, with two directions: 1) Training the people who lives in neighboring communities and later incorporate to SIGSA staff when is qualified. 2) Development of local suppliers. In this way, we provide decent work and development opportunity in the region.

In the different places where we offer our services, we do the best effort to hire local suppliers, returning the benefits to the place where we do our jobs.


More than 80% of our technician and supervisor works and lives in the provinces where we do our works, being trained continuously, at the highest levels of standards.

We focus on the training of our staff in the highest standards of occupational safety.

The people who work within SIGSA are permanently evaluated in compliance with mentioned standards.
