PVC Geomembrane

Polyvinyl chloride, were one of the first geosynthetic materials for waterproofing purpose, have had good performance in the past, but nowadays, the benefits and performanced is being surpassed by HDPE Geomembrane.

The advantage of PVC is that it is possible to install it directly by the user using a PVC Geomembrane flux. The result may vary depending on the work done by the person installing it.

Polyurea

Polyureas are elastomeric materials, free of solvents, fast setting and resistant to thermal variations, also allowing their application in large thicknesses. Thanks to their physical and chemical properties, these materials offer a long service life.

Polyurethane

Polyurethane (PU, also called PUR) is a polymer obtained by condensation of hydroxyl bases combined with diisocyanates (TDI or MDI is generally used). Polyurethanes are classified into two groups: thermoset polyurethanes or thermoplastic polyurethanes.

Geonet

Three-dimensional reticles, manufactured on the basis of High Density Polyethylene, formed by parallel layers with polymeric ribs superimposed on varied angles that form channels, to allow the planar flow of liquids and gases.

It is common to find them with geotextiles, on one or both sides of the material. This presentation is known as Geocomposite.It is important not to confuse them with the geogrids (geoweb), which fulfill functions very different from those of the Georedes (Geonet).

Geotextil

The main function of Geotextile is the conduction of liquid, protecting fine particles from the soil. Geotextiles can be defined as “A flat, permeable polymeric material (synthetic or natural) that can be non-woven, woven or knitted and that is used in contact with the ground (earth, stones etc.) or other materials in civil engineering for geotechnical applications “.

HDPE Pipe

The polyethylene tubes can be smooth, corrugated or perforated. It offers solutions to traditional liquid conduction problems, guaranteeing a long service life, minimizing maintenance costs, in different applications such as in agriculture, construction or mining.

GCL

Geocomposite of natural sodium bentonite encapsulated by a woven and a non-woven geotextiles. All the components are firmly joined by the needling process, which gives the final product great robustness and high safety margin in the installations on slopes. Our bentonite blankets are manufactured under rigorous quality controls, complying with the highest international standards.

Tiltex

Tiltex is a flexible fabric impregnated with concrete that hardens when hydrated, forming a thin layer of impermeable concrete, fireproof and very durable.
The concrete blanket allows us to concrete without the need to use mixing or installation machinery. Just un-roll on the ground and hydrate it with water. The concrete blanket is composed of a three-dimensional fiber matrix containing a dry concrete mixture of specific formulation. One of the faces is covered by a layer of Geomembrane or PVC that guarantees impermeability.

Geogrid

Reinforcement geogrids are network structures, usually in high density polyethylene material, but can also be fiberglass or others. They are intended for applications of reinforcement and soil stabilization. The use of geogrids allows to correctly distribute the load transmitted by embankments, foundations and pavements, as well as live loads, on land of low bearing capacity. Or as reinforcement elements in retaining walls and reinforced slopes.

Geocells

Panels of textured and perforated strips of high density polyethylene welded together by ultrasound. The usage of this product will confine a celular structure for sand, vegetation soil, stones or concrete.

Bird Prevention Net

We designed our anti-bird system with networks of 100% virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE) stabilized against UV rays. It is used to prevent the entry of the bird to the installation. It complies with the protection of the animal, and also maintains the cleanliness and quality of the plant.

The fabric is raschel type, has low wear probability, can avoid propagation of the net rupture and prolonging its life.

Geoelectric test

The geoelectrical test has as objective to detect leaks in the geomembana by superficial damages, like punctures or cuts of difficult detection with the naked eye. The detection equipment allows us to locate anomalies in geomembranes.
